Use this page to request deletion of your Nudge account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
- Enter the email address you used to log in to the Nudge Portal and submit the form below.
- After we receive your request, our team will contact you by email to confirm it.
- Once confirmed, we will process the deletion of your account and associated personal data as soon as possible.
What will be deleteted from your account
- Your user profile (name, email)
- Authentication and session records tied to your login
- Role and location access assignments for your user
- Personal preferences stored for your account
